CrunchySeed is not to be held responsible for any lost, stolen, melted, damaged, or destroyed items as a result of the shipping process. Unfortunately, due to the semi-perishable nature of the product we are unable to accept returns. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for all products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are liable for submitting the correct shipping address.
